Mr. Roger Harding,

I am sending you this message to share my great appreciation towards Audi's customer service.  The team at Audi Jacksonville, FL has gone above and beyond to work with some challenging issues that my recently purchased 2009 Audi Q5 has presented.  Specifically, I would like to give recognition to G.O. Easton (Sales Representative) and Dave Corey (Service), whom I would call the "Dynamic Duo" in customer service. 

To precedent this email, it would be expected for the sales representative that sold the 2009 Audi Q5 to me to be very receptive to their customer.  However, after we had purchased our Audi Q5 from a sales representative at Audi Jacksonville, that sales representative ended up leaving the company shortly after our purchase and without notification.  Needless to say I felt hung-out to dry and that there was no way I would gain customer service from another representative that did not sell me the car.  

On the Contrary, G.O. Easton immediately came to my aid and was more than willing to help with the troubles that the 2009 Audi Q5 was presenting.  G.O. and Dave were able to:

-Reassure me that all of my concerns would be addressed
-Schedule a time for my car to be picked-up
-Provide a rental car while my car was being serviced
-Fix the issue of the tailgate not closing properly when using the automatic close feature
-Update the MMi system to eliminate further "black-outs" in the car
-Return the car in excellent cleaned condition
-Returned the car in a timely fashion

 I would like to again thank G.O. and Dave for their excellent customer service.  During the tough economic times, customer service goes the extra mile to bring customers back for repeat business and referrals, further emphasizing the truth in the statement, "You get what you Paid for."  Thank you again.
