Audi Jacksonville has the largest fleet of service loaner cars in North Florida. Our policy exceeds Audi’s requirements and recommendations. Audi Jacksonville will provide a service loaner car for the following (subject to availability)*: 1. Your vehicle is inoperative or unsafe to drive. 2. Maintenance or repairs that require more than one business day to complete. 3. A warranty repair that cannot be completed on the same day because a part needed is not in dealer inventory. Audi Jacksonville will not provide loaner cars for oil changes or Maintenance/repairs completed in one business day. Audi Jacksonville provides a shuttle service that picks up and delivers our clients within a thirty mile radius. We also have rental cars available at a discounted rate through Enterprise Rental Cars on site. *Must be at least twenty one years old; have a valid driver’s license and full coverage insurance. Fuel must be replaced prior to returning loaner car. Loaner car must be returned within twenty four hours of repair completion notification. Audi Jacksonville reserves the right to refuse the use of loaner cars to clients that do not abide by these policies.
